Mr. Seller, I would hate to put both of us in the position of violating
the fair housing laws. Perhaps you don't understand that the fair
housing laws apply as equally to you and Mrs. Seller as they do to me.
In fact, the only penalty that can be assessed against me that you will
not share is the suspension or revocation of my license to sell real
estate. Neither I nor my company will participate in racial
discrimination and I would advise you to take the same position.
